Tower Farm Consultation Services

When someone purchases a Tower Farm, we generally offer full support at no additional cost for small-scale projects. This includes:

  • Step-by-step guidance to assemble the Tower Farm.
  • Assistance configuring the irrigation and nutrient dosing system.
  • Help producing seedlings and selecting seeds and cultivars.
  • Ongoing basic technical support as needed.

We also publish a complete library of instructional e-books covering all key aspects of vertical farming with aeroponic towers, from seed selection and crop planning to harvesting techniques and nutrient management.

For those who want to take their knowledge further, we strongly recommend enrolling in our Masterclass. This advanced course delivers over five hours of hands-on video training across 24 chapters, based entirely on real-life experience operating Tower Farms in more than 50 countries. It is the most comprehensive training resource we have ever developed, ideal for anyone looking to optimize their Tower Farm experience from the start and gain practical, professional-level insights.

These resources are not included with the Tower Farm purchase but are available separately.

In most cases, this level of support is more than sufficient to get a small or mid-sized Tower Farm running successfully.

Extended Off-Site and On-Site Consultation Services

For larger-scale projects, or when the consultation goes beyond the scope of a basic Tower Farm, we offer tailored services that may include on-site involvement. This applies when off-site consultation is required or when land and infrastructure must be assessed in person.

Off-Site Consultation

Off-site consultation is required when:

  • The project demands significant preparation ahead of the installation.
  • Strategic planning or infrastructure development is involved (including potential custom system design).
  • Ongoing support and monitoring are required after launching the Tower Farm, particularly for larger operations.
  • Technical consultation, document review, and system validation are required.
  • Custom research or troubleshooting must be conducted.
  • Ongoing team meetings, video calls, and operational support are part of the process.
  • In such cases, we operate under a retainer-based model to ensure availability and to prioritize the project.
  • We charge 175 USD per hour for the first 50 hours, payable upfront as an 8,750 USD retainer. After the first 50 hours, additional time is billed at 150 USD per hour.

On-Site Services

On-site presence is required when:

  • Land must be assessed on location for a future greenhouse.
  • An existing building is being evaluated for retrofit into an LED-powered indoor farm.
  • Supervision is needed on-site for installation, configuration, or staff training beyond the 2 to 3 days we provide at no cost for Tower Farms with 100 towers or more (see below).

Rates for on-site services are:

  • 950 USD per person, per day for Tower Farm installation supervision or training
  • 750 USD per person, per day for travel days
  • All travel-related expenses (airfare, accommodation, meals, and ground transportation) are covered by the client
  • Any on-site service days are deducted from the prepaid consultation retainer, allowing full flexibility to allocate consultation hours toward remote or in-person work while maintaining a unified billing structure.

Free On-Site Tower Farm Installation Supervision and Training (100 Towers or More)

For Tower Farm projects featuring 100 towers or more, we offer:

  • Two full days (48 hours) of on-site installation supervision and staff training free of charge
  • A total value of 3,800 USD (2 people × 2 days × 950 USD per day), provided at no cost to the client
  • This is typically sufficient to complete the full setup and to train the operating team thoroughly.
We always travel as a two-person team for Tower Farm installation and training at this scale.

Although the two on-site training days are provided free of charge, clients are still responsible for:

  • Travel days, billed at 750 USD per person, per day
  • All travel-related expenses (airfare, accommodation, meals, and local transportation)
  • Two separate rooms in a clean and comfortable hotel or apartment near the project site (one room per person)
  • We only fly in business class, regardless of distance. This is not a matter of luxury, but a logistical requirement. Due to our intense travel schedule and the physical demands of on-site installations, business class ensures we arrive rested, alert, and ready to deliver full-day training immediately upon arrival.
  • Depending on our schedule and whereabouts at the time we need to go on location, our team may depart from either North America or Europe.
  • If more than two days on-site are needed, additional days are billed at 950 USD per person, per day.
  • We can only commit to on-site services if a stable internet connection is available during our stay.
